What is K&M’s Service Guarantee?

Our goal is that you are 100% satisfied with our service. We stand behind our work and we guarantee certain levels of service will be met. If we fail to meet any one of our service guarantees, call K&M customer service at 561-842-4911 to receive a $20 credit.

Where do I find your Top 100 products?

The Top 100 items can be found directly on our website by visiting the Services tab and clicking the “K&M Top 100” listing. It can also be seen by simply visiting kmelectric.com/top100.

Where are you located?

K&M has six convenient locations in South Florida from Vero Beach down to Lake Worth. Visit the Locations tab to see where they’re located with a map provided. Each of our locations has a virtual tour that can be seen by clicking the “See Inside” link.

What are your hours of operation?

Monday – Friday        &        Saturday

7:00am – 5:00pm                 8:00am – 12:00pm

How do I open an account with K&M?

For an account for online purchases visit [clickable] “Create New Account”. For a credit account please submit a completed Credit Application and someone will contact you.

Who does K&M provide credit to?

We provide credit to many of our customers. To apply, please submit a completed Credit Application.

Does K&M except online payments?

We accept online payments for orders that are placed through our website.

Does K&M charge a sales tax?

Yes, we charge a sales tax on all of our products shipped inside Florida. If you are tax exempt, please have a valid tax exemption certificate ready if you wish to forego the sales tax. We do not charge a sales tax for anything shipped outside the state of Florida.

How do I change my order?

You can change your order by simply calling your K&M sales representative or by calling K&M’s customer service number at 561-842-4911.  

Can I get special orders from K&M?

Yes, because we work closely with manufacturers, we can research and locate hard-to-find items, specialty items and fulfill large volume orders.

Can I pick up my order at any branch?

With over 10,000 items in stock, six locations, a fleet of delivery trucks and daily routes from Sebastian to Miami; we can usually fulfill your order immediately if not the next day.
